Plant-Based Dishes by Chef Narda | More Than Kale

Walnut Meat Egg Rolls (similar taste of steak egg rolls but made with crushed walnuts), vegan tuna aka chickpea salads, and parfait with cashew yogurt (non dairy) and fruit. 

Loaded Salads with Spring Mix, kale, onions, peppers,  broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes,  nuts, blueberries and dried cranberries. 

Fried Oyster Mushrooms.  Great alternative to fried chicken.  The flavor and texture is similar and is a good option for those going plant based. 

An Alternative to Steak and Gravy. This is Portobello mushrooms with homemade gravy on a bed of brown rice and quinoa with steamed broccoli.
